This week we lost a dear friend
who will be remembered in our thoughts,
while mingling with the past,
of days long ago,
when our children were young
and our futures unknown.
A dear friend missed, held quietly in our hearts and minds,
as a bright and hopeful thought
of loyalty, honesty, humor and love.
